Zinc & Selenium contains organically bound and finely tuned trace elements to support the immune system.

Zinc is the most abundant trace element in the body after iron. As a trace element, it is contained in more than 70 enzymes, which underlines its biological importance for the human organism. The body needs it for a variety of processes, such as for the immune system and the maintenance of skin, nails, hair and healthy eyesight, as it has a significant influence on the metabolism of vitamin A. Here, it contributes to the fact that the body is able to metabolise the vitamin A. Here it contributes to the conversion of plant beta-carotene into vitamin A. As an "immune trace element", zinc not only activates the cellular defence (lymphocytes/T-cells) against bacterial, viral and mycotic diseases, but also protects the body against oxidative processes.

As the human organism cannot produce trace elements itself, they have to be taken in regularly through the diet.

Recommended Consumption

1 times a day 1 capsules. Optimal consumption is at least 30 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water. If taking zinc, on an empty stomach, causes nausea, we recommend taking it with a meal.
