Long Description

The kidney is one of the most important organs in the body. Their main task is to remove metabolic end products and toxins from the blood and to regulate the salt and water balance. In addition, both the kidneys and adrenal glands produce some important hormones, such as erythropoietin (helps produce red blood cells) and calcitriol (active form of vitamin D).

Field horsetail can be found throughout the northern hemisphere. It grows up to 50 cm high and contains various ingredients, including silica, flavonoids and potassium.

Goldenrod is very common in Europe and is found mainly in dry meadows and on the edge of forests. As the name suggests, goldenrod is a rod-shaped plant with yellow flowers and is a member of the daisy family. Goldenrod herb also contains a wealth of valuable substances, such as saponins, bitter substances, tannins, flavonoids, essential oils and phenyl glycosides.

The birch is part of the Betulaceae, the birch family and is native to northern regions. It is a symbol of spring and is set up as a maypole in Germany. Birch also contains a wealth of important ingredients such as saponins, salicylic acid, vitamin C and more.

The recipe is rounded off with magnesium, which helps support electrolyte balance, and potassium, which supports normal blood pressure.

Recommended Consumption

Take 1 capsule once daily. It is optimal to consume it at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
