Zinc complex contains four different organically bound zinc compounds to support the immune system. After iron, zinc is the most abundant trace element in the body. As a trace element, it is contained in more than 70 enzymes, which underlines its biological importance for the human organism.

As an "immune trace element", zinc not only activates cellular defences (lymphocytes/T-cells) but also protects the body from oxidative processes.

Since the human organism cannot produce trace elements itself, they must be ingested regularly through food.

Recommended Consumption

Take 1 pellet once a day. It is optimal to consume it at least 30 minutes before or 3 hours after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or optionally with half a freshly squeezed lemon.

Tip: If taking zinc on an empty stomach causes nausea, we recommend taking it with a meal."
