Long Description

Phospholipid-4 complex combines four different phospholipids (phosphatidyl-serine, -inositol, -choline and -ethanolamine) with each other. 

Phosphatidylserine is a phosphate-containing, fat-like component of the cell membrane that is linked to the amino acid serine. It determines the structure of the cell membrane, thus significantly influencing what is taken into the cell and what it releases.

Inositol, was formerly also called vitamin B8 and is a building block of biomembranes. Phosphatidylinositol is an isomer of inositol. The body can make inositol itself from glucose. Among other things, it serves as a building material of the biomembrane and is thus important for the protection and stability of the cells. In addition, it has the function in the brain of passing on messenger substances and information between the brain cells.

Phosphatidylcholine, belongs to the phospholipids and is an essential component of the lipid membrane of animal and plant cells, including nerve cells.

Phosphatidylethanolamine belongs to the lipids, more precisely to the phosphoglycerates. They are one of the most important phospholipids involved in the construction of bio membranes. 

The lecithin come from soy, sunflower and rapeseed. The preparation can be used to achieve liposomal effects, by combining it with the substance whose absorption is to be improved.
