OktaAmino (EAA + BCAA) consists of an optimally balanced ratio of 8 essential, hypoallergenic amino acids in the purest, free, and crystalline form from plant origin. Humans are not capable of synthesizing the eight essential amino acids, and therefore they must be supplemented with food.

 Amino acids are the basic building blocks of our body's protein metabolism and play an essential role as neurotransmitters, neurotransmitter precursors and hormones (serotonin, melatonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, adrenaline, etc.). The need for the eight essential amino acids can be very high in phases of extreme physical exertion, during regenerative processes, an unbalanced diet, limited protein intake and much more and therefore requires additional supplementation.

OktaAmino (EAA + BCAA) offers the benefit

Consumption recommendation

1 to 2 times daily 5 pellets. Optimal consumption is at least 15 minutes before or after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water/tea or optionally with half a freshly squeezed lemon.

Recommended use for non-athletes

5 pressings of OktaAmino per day (or as recommended by a physician or therapist).

Recommended use for athletes

Amateur athletes: 5 to 10 pressings of OktaAmino 30 to 45 minutes before physical exertion, in conjunction with daily requirements of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, fats and phytochemicals.

Professional athletes: 5 to 10 pellets of OktaAmino 30 to 45 minutes before physical activity, in combination with the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, fats and secondary plant substances. In addition, 10 pellets of OktaAmino during the next meal (lunch or dinner).

When taking more than 10 pellets of OktaAmino a day, the dose should be increased gradually. No more than 10 pressings should be taken within 2 hours.
