In its natural form, magnesium never occurs as a pure cation (Mg2+), but always as a salt. It can form bonds with various binding partners (magnesium taurate, magnesium citrate, magnesium malate, etc.). NatuGena places particular emphasis on organic magnesium compounds, as these have greater bioavailability than inorganic magnesium compounds (e.g., magnesium oxide).

Recommended Intake: Take 1 capsule twice daily. It is best consumed at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, alternatively, with half a freshly squeezed lemon.
