Long Description

NatuGena’s HydroVitamins is a high-dose vitamin C and vitamin B complex with 14 different B vitamins and various ingredients of the vitamin B group. The vitamin combination also contains bioactive vitamin forms and natural vitamin C from the fruit Camu Camu, which the body can use directly without prior conversion.   Vitamins C and B6 contribute to the support of the immune system even during or after intense physical stress.   The complex of B vitamins is important for energy production in metabolism, as they are needed in carbohydrate, fat, protein and glycogen metabolism. 

In addition, the vitamin combination supports the nervous and digestive systems as well as the formation of collagen, which is of great importance for skin, hair, teeth and bones, for example. Especially during pregnancy, the vitamin B complex as well as the associated vitaminoid choline are important, as they help regulate homocysteine levels and are also important for the development of the placenta as well as the development of the child.               

Recommended Consumption

1 time daily 3 capsules, or alternatively in the morning, at noon and in the evening 1 capsule each. Optimal consumption is at least 15 minutes before or 3 hours after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
